I want to be a collaborator. How can I register?
Enter the registration section and register. When all fields are completed, accept our Terms and Conditions and finish the registration. Within up to 5 days you will receive a contact from our management team to start the process of evaluating your registration and join the NS platform.


We are a family owned and operated business.

Can I take pictures or record videos during the service?
Not! This is against our confidentiality policy.


What are the service hours?
Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 10 pm (depending on the availability of employees).

What are the prices?

Prices vary depending on the services available.

Consult the service area to get to know all prices, discounts and promotions.


May I change my reservation?
Yes, of course, contact us through our system to reschedule.


How far in advance can I cancel a reservation?

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, please try to give at least 24 hours notice. The booking fee is non-refundable after this period.


What happens if the employee cancels the reservation?
If for any reason you have to cancel, you will receive a refund of the booking fee within 5 working days.


How can I pay?
After selecting the employee and scheduling the time / date, you pay a reservation fee for NS to guarantee the reservation and, subsequently, pay the employee upon arrival of the reservation, at your property in cash or bank transfer.


I can book more than one employee.
Yes, you can book more than one employee at a time. In this case, you will need to make reservations separately.


Can more people be present at the property at the time of service?
No, as a rule and unless previously agreed, only the customer must be present. If more than one person is present when the employee arrives, he will have to leave immediately for security reasons.


I must provide cleaning products / materials / ingredients / kitchen utensils.
Yes, you provide all materials and equipment for employees.


In what areas do employees work?
We offer services throughout the territory of mainland Portugal.


Can I touch collaborators?
No, NS has a very strict policy and does not allow any physical contact.
If necessary, we will contact the authorities.


Do you provide any service other than cleaning?
Yes, in addition to cleaning, we present the possibility of ironing or cooking (Chef).


What happens if I get excited when the employee is providing the service?
All employees are professionals and will understand that this can happen. However, respect them and your personal space.
We only intend to present domestic services and in no way provide any sexual service .
